By uploading photographs, text, names, graphics, or other materials, you confirm that:

  • You authorize Verdelume and its production partners to use them solely to process and fulfil your order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.
  • Payment cannot be authorized.
  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
  • The delivery address is incomplete or unsupported.
  • The requested personalization violates these terms.
  • Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Verdelume does not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country.

7. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price and remain the customer’s responsibility.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Verdelume offers free standard shipping worldwide.

Estimated delivery is generally 7–10 business days, subject to processing time, destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, gifts, and coupon codes:

  • May be subject to additional conditions.
  • May have expiration dates.
  • May be limited to one use per customer or order.
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
  • Have no cash value.
  • May be cancelled in cases of misuse, fraud, or technical error.
